A condo complex located in Sedona, AZ. This brouchrue was designed with each type of vacationer in mind. One type being the adventurous vacationer, the other being a relaxed vacationer. The layout of this brochure is designed in sections for both type of vacationer, providing activities that suit their style.

I integrated an earthy color palette to suit the surrounding nature of Sedona. The cut-out design featured on the facade of the complex is carried through the brochure via a subtle geometric pattern on multiple pages. The layouts were designed with ample negative space to parallel Arizona’s berlin deserts.
